Hon Chris Penk: In 2024/25 financial year (from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025), consent was granted under the Overseas Investment Act to overseas investors to acquire an interest in approximately 340,000 hectares. The table attached breaks down the consents by pathway and provides a comparison to the previous 5 years.
