38456 (2025). Lan Pham to the Minister of Health: How many, if any, hospital admissions for e.coli poisoning were there in the most recent year that data was available, and how does this compare with the previous five years, broken down by region?

Hon Simeon Brown: I am advised that Health New Zealand cannot easily aggregate this information in the way it has been requested by the Member. I do not consider it to be in the public interest to divert staff from essential services to undertake a substantial collation exercise.
