38446 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Corrections: Further to WPQ 33751/25 how many cells in the Mount Eden Correctional Facility do not have a window directly to the exterior; how many are routinely in use?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that to provide a response to this question, prison staff would be required to manually assess each cell at Mt Eden Corrections Facility, which I am not prepared to ask of my officials for the purposes of this response. I am further advised that this information will be available once the Prison Quality Assessments, which are currently scheduled for completion in late-2025, are complete.
