38443 (2025). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister of Corrections: Further to WPQ 78819/24 how many prison untis / cells have been inspected in the Prison Quality Assessment; how many have been found to be good quality and fit for purpose?

Hon Mark Mitchell: I am advised that as at the time of this response, 11 prisons and 77 units have been assessed as part of Prison Quality Assessments. I am further advised that it is not possible to determine which of these can be considered good quality and fit for purpose until all assessments are completed and reviewed.
