38433 (2024). Chlöe Swarbrick to the Minister of Education: What is the Government's timeline for establishing the recently announced learning support for better student achievement work programme?

Hon Erica Stanford: There is no specific ‘better student achievement work programme’. However, the Government is developing a work programme to strengthen learning support so that the education system meets the needs of all learners and their families. This work programme is currently being delivered from within the Ministry’s baseline funding. I am currently considering advice received from the Ministry of Education on a proposed work programme for the next 12 to 18 months. Decisions will be made in due course. This is also my response to written parliamentary questions 38436 and 38437 (2024).
