38410 (2025). Hon Phil Twyford to the Minister of Immigration: How many Expressions of Interest of the Parent Resident Visa were resubmitted from 11/10/2024 to 31/7/2025, representing how many applicants?

Hon Erica Stanford: The change to a Parent Resident ballot was implemented by the previous Government when the member was the Associate Minister of Immigration. I am advised that from 11 October 2024 to 31 July 2025, 1,941 Expressions of Interest for the Parent Resident Visa were resubmitted, representing 3,041 applicants.
