38405 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for the Prevention of Family and Sexual Violence: How, if at all, are the Minister's departments, if any, currently using AI, and what plans, if any, have been developed to manage the risks associated with AI?

Hon Karen Chhour: I am advised Te Puna Aonui does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) for its business. If any AI applications were to be considered, Te Puna Aonui would adhere to the Ministry of Justice’s information security policy.
