Hon Tama Potaka: I have received a large range of advice on the review of the Retirement Villages Act since November 2023. Some of this advice contains information about the RVA review but may not include that in its title. It would take considerable amount of time to collate this information. Therefore, in accordance with Speaker’s Ruling 210/6, I consider that the time, and hence expense, of answering this question cannot be justified as a matter of public interest.
