38401 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: What gross proceeds has Kāinga Ora received from the sale of surplus vacant land identified in June 2025 as at the latest date for which figures are available, and what were the net proceeds after sale costs?

Hon Chris Bishop: To provide the information requested would take substantial effort and collation. In accordance with SR 210/6 I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of answering this question cannot be justified in this case.
