38387 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: On what date, if any, will the Cabinet minute recording the 31 August 2026 decision on fuel excise duty be proactively released, and what redactions, if any, are proposed?

Hon Chris Bishop: The Cabinet paper and associated minutes will be released within 30 business days of being confirmed by Cabinet, in line with proactive release requirements.
