38366 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage: How, if at all, are the Minister's departments, if any, currently using AI, and what plans, if any, have been developed to manage the risks associated with AI?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: The Ministry for Culture and Heritage has access to Microsoft Co-Pilot as a part of their Microsoft License subscription, though this is not currently embedded or integrated in any Ministry processes. I am further advised that the Ministry have an approved Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use Policy for ensuring the protection of information to manage risks associated.
