Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: Does the Minister of Transport stand by his statement of 31 August 2026 that unless fuel excise increases begin again soon the financial foundations of the land transport system will be undermined, and how, if at all, is that statement consistent with cancelling the January 2027 increase?
