38363 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Health: Since 27 November 2023, what is the total sum, if any, spent on wages for any contractors and consultants who have been previously employed in a different capacity at any ministries, agencies and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible, broken down by month, as at 4 August 2025?

Hon Simeon Brown: Information for 2023/24 has been previously reported to the Health Select Committee. I am advised that the Ministry and Health New Zealand do not hold this information in an easily searchable or reportable format and I do not consider it in the public interest to commit taxpayer-funded officials' time to preparing this information ahead of the annual publication for 2024/25.
