38363 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for ACC: How, if at all, are the Minister's departments, if any, currently using AI, and what plans, if any, have been developed to manage the risks associated with AI?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that ACC has trialled AI in several business applications. I am further advised that requests for AI software at ACC are subject to the standard procedure for new software acquisition, which includes a comprehensive review process.
