38358 (2024). Francisco Hernandez to the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery: How, if at all, are the Minister's departments, if any, currently using AI, and what plans, if any, have been developed to manage the risks associated with AI?

Hon Mark Mitchell: In my capacity as the Minister for Emergency Management and Recovery I am not a Responsible Minister. The Prime Minister is the Responsible Minister for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. I refer the member to the Prime Minister’s response to WPQ 38424 (2024).
