38353 (2024). Dr Tracey McLellan to the Minister of Corrections: Has the Minister, his office and/or the Department of Corrections made an application under Fast Track consenting for any prison sites?

Hon Mark Mitchell: Applications for projects to be included in Schedule 2 of the Fast-track Approvals Bill have now closed, and are now under consideration by the Fast-track Projects Independent Advisory Group. Ministers will receive recommendations from the Advisory Group in due course. It is not in the public interest to release details of these projects at this time.
