Camilla Belich to the Minister for Tourism and Hospitality: Since 27 November 2023, what is the total sum, if any, spent on wages for any contractors and consultants who have been previously employed in a different capacity at any ministries, agencies and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible, broken down by month, as at 4 August 2025?

Hon Louise Upston: As Minister for Tourism and Hospitality, I have no responsibility for any government departments or ministries. With regard to Crown entities under the Tourism and Hospitality portfolio, I am advised that Tourism New Zealand (including Tourism New Zealand's subsidiary company Qualmark) has had no contractors or consultants that were previously employed in a different capacity at any agencies for which I am responsible since 27 November 2023 as at 4 August 2025.
