38321 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Revenue: Since 27 November 2023, what is the total sum, if any, spent on wages for any contractors and consultants who have been previously employed in a different capacity at any ministries, agencies and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible, broken down by month, as at 4 August 2025?

Hon Simon Watts: Officials advise since 27 November 2023 a total of $254,991 has been spent on contractors who previously were employed as permanent fulltime employees. It would not be appropriate to provide a monthly breakdown of the amounts spent as this could impact the privacy of those affected.
