38310 (2024). Hon Phil Twyford to the Associate Minister of Immigration: Has Immigration NZ done a case by case check of the pool of applicants under the Refugee Family Support Category in the last 12 months to determine whether those applicants are still eligible?

Hon Casey Costello: Applicants for the Refugee Family Support Category (RFSC) resident visas have their eligibility assessed during the processing of their applications. As eligibility for residence is a determination made by an Immigration Officer, this occurs after the application has been allocated to an officer for processing.
