38276 (2025). Camilla Belich to the Minister of Finance: Since 27 November 2023, what is the total sum, if any, spent on wages for any contractors and consultants who have been previously employed in a different capacity at any ministries, agencies and/or departments for which the Minister is responsible, broken down by month, as at 4 August 2025?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Treasury does not hold this information centrally. Contractors and consultants are engaged on a contractual basis and are paid via invoices rather than wages, so the requested breakdown is not readily available. The RBNZ does not maintain centralised records of the information requested.
