38220 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: How much, if any, additional borrowing is there in the Budget Economic Fiscal Update 2024, compared to the Half Year Economic Fiscal Update 2023, and where is this being allocated?

Hon Nicola Willis: The Budget Update forecasts government net debt programme cash flows to be $15.9 billion higher over the forecast period than indicated in the Half Year Update. This increase in borrowing is not allocated to specific decisions or funding requirements.
