Hon Brooke van Velden: I am advised by the Department of Internal Affairs that no staff have been made redundant, moved out of, or fired from the Digital Child Exploitation Team between 27 November 2023 and 17 June 2024. However, as of 19 June 2024, one role has been confirmed as disestablished resulting from the Government’s baseline reduction initiatives, effective 12 August 2024.
