38209 (2024). Ingrid Leary to the Minister for Mental Health: Does the Minister agree with Thames Community Board chairman Adrian Catran, as reported in the New Zealand Herald, that Thames was missing a "wrap-around" mental health service, and if so, what, if anything, will he do to change this?

Hon Matt Doocey: I am advised that there are a number of existing mental health services in Thames that provide a variety of supports to people with mental health needs ranging from mild to severe. These services work alongside other community agencies and non-government services to form part of a networked solution that ensures access to essential support and resources.
