38200 (2024). Hon Barbara Edmonds to the Minister of Finance: Does the Minister believe Budget 2024 is spending less on capital, compared to Budget 2023, if not, why not?

Hon Nicola Willis: No, I do not. More than $68 billion is forecast to be spent on infrastructure over the next five years, which is higher than what has been spent historically.
