Hon Nicole McKee: I received the following advice: • 25 August 2026 – Briefing: Consultation document on transfer of staff from the Firearms Safety Authority to Firearms Safety and Education New Zealand • 25 August 2026 – Briefing: AML/CFT Regulations: Proposed Consultation on Infringement Fees • 28 August 2026 – Weekly Report: Weekly Report (Justice, Associate Justice and Courts) I have received two further documents, but I believe it would prejudice the orderly and effective conduct of government decision making processes to release the titles at this time.
