Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What progress, if any, has been made in the quarter January to March 2024 on the action ‘Create and maintain an environment of cultural safety’ under ‘Goal 1: Strengthening diversity and inclusive practices’ within the BreastScreen Aotearoa Workforce Development Strategy 2022 – 2032?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised during the January to March 2024 quarter, Health New Zealand investigated current cultural safety practices to understand what tools are readily available, to ensure it builds on what it already has in place.
