38154 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: How many lunches, if any, that were meant to serve specific dietary or religious needs errantly included inappropriate ingredients, such as ham in a vegetarian meal, during the week of July 28th 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) does not track lunches across all suppliers and internal meal providers in the programme on a weekly basis. During the week of 28 July 2025, the School Lunch Collective delivered 508,204 lunches. Of these, the Ministry was not advised of any inappropriate ingredients included in the meals supplied for specific dietary or religious needs.
