38153 (2025). Hon Willow-Jean Prime to the Associate Minister of Education: What was the total cost to the School Lunch Collective to produce all the lunches during the week of July 28th 2025?

Hon David Seymour: I am advised that the Ministry of Education (the Ministry) does not hold commercial information on the School Lunch Collective (SLC) costs to deliver lunches to 436 schools each school day. The Ministry pays the SLC $3 per meal delivered to students and 84 cents for additional food items delivered to Year 9+ students (excluding GST).
