38124 (2026). Hon Rachel Brooking to the Minister for Space: How many launch licences has he varied, revoked or suspended since 1 July 2025, if any, and why did he take this action, listed by name of launch licence holder, and date of said action?

Hon Paul Goldsmith: For the period of 1 July 2025 to 22 July 2025 I refer the member to my response to 35852 (2025). From 22 July 2025 no launch licences have been revoked or suspended. Two launch licences have been varied twice – for Rocket Lab USA, Inc and for Rocket Lab Global Services LLC each on both 31 August 2025 and 1 April 2026. Rocket Lab either applied for or agreed to the variations made.
