Hon Simeon Brown: I refer the Member to the Government Policy Statement on land transport 2024 (GPS 2024) which outlines the Government's plan to reduce congestion on our roads. Specifically, I refer the Member to page 23 of GPS 2024 which outlines my expectation that time of use charging will be implemented to manage demand on our existing network.
