38101 (2026). Mike Davidson to the Minister for ACC: Were non-carcinogenic effects of PCP contaminated by dioxin exposure considered in the Occupational Diseases Review for Schedule 2 of the Accident Compensation Act, and if not, why?

Hon Scott Simpson: Submissions for proposed additions to Schedule 2 were sought through public consultation and then those suggestions were passed on to a panel of independent health experts who produced a report along with recommendations.
