38099 (2026). Mike Davidson to the Minister for ACC: Does the Minister accept the international research and the Te Kāhui Tika Tangata Human Rights Commission Report (The Legacy of PCP and Dioxins in Aotearoa) findings regarding intergenerational harm from impacts not only on sawmill workers but also extended whānau and future generations?

Hon Scott Simpson: I am not an expert on the impacts of various workplace exposures and therefore cannot comment on the report’s scientific findings. The last review of Schedule 2 used a panel of independent health experts to examine research on occupational diseases with regards to ACC cover.
