Francisco Hernandez to the Minister responsible for the GCSB: What graduate programmes, if any, have been discontinued in the Minister’s departments, agencies, crown entities and any other bodies that the Minister is responsible for, if any, since 27 November 2023 and when, if ever, was that graduate programme discontinued?

Hon Judith Collins: The GCSB has not discontinued any graduate programmes since 27 November 2023. However, due to the agency’s recent financial sustainability programme of work, the graduate programme was paused in 2024. It has since re-started, with the next cohort of graduates expected to commence in February 2026.
