38089 (2024). Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall to the Minister of Health: What is the anticipated date of completion of the ‘deliver’ project phase of ‘Waitematā Infrastructure Services Remediation Programme - Tranche 1A’, as part of Te Whatu Ora’s Infrastructure and Investment projects, as of 17 June 2024?

Hon Dr Shane Reti: I am advised that the deliver phase was complete in March 2024 and the project is scheduled to go live in July 2024. Please note, forecasted completion dates may be subject to change based on various factors, including system/cost pressures, necessary approvals, etc. There are key stage gates where accuracy of an estimate is enhanced, these are generally at business case decision, at the end of each design phase and main contract award.
