Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that no changes to completion timelines have changed in Tamaki, Te Ra Nui and Lakeside Developments. In Hobsonville Point two development partners have extended construction timelines. In Northcote and Oranga construction dates have been extended to the financial year 2030. Decisions made in Budget 2025 to withdraw funding from neighborhoods in the Mangere and Roskill Developments which will see these developments deferred indefinitely.
