38040 (2025). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What is the estimated cost per kilometre of the Ōtaki to north of Levin highway, and how does this compare to the cost per kilometre of each of the other Wellington Northern Corridor sections completed to date?

Hon Chris Bishop: NZTA advises me that to provide a comparison would involve a number of assumptions and adjustments that would make such a comparison potentially misleading.
