38039 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What findings of the Gateway Review Report on the Te Ahu a Turanga: Manawatū-Tararua Highway Project dated 14 March 2024 gave rise to the requirement for an Assurance of Action Plan review of the same project on 7 August 2024?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that there was no requirement for an Assurance of Action Plan review. This was initiated by NZTA.
