Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What consideration, if any, was given to the findings of the March 2024 and August 2024 assurance reviews of the Te Ahu a Turanga: Manawatū-Tararua Highway Project in the development of the proposal to toll that highway, publicly consulted on in September 2024?
