38032 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: What did the September 2025 Gateway review of Papakura to Drury identify as the respects in which the programme had evolved since the original business case was prepared, and has that business case since been updated?

Hon Chris Bishop: The review identified that the Governance Framework had evolved to include Auckland Transport and Iwi which had significant benefit. It also noted that funding pathways and priorities had evolved. The Business Case has since been updated.
