38025 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister of Transport: How many recommendations in total were made across the 14 high-risk investment assurance reviews held by NZTA covering the period 1 January 2024 to 27 August 2026, how many have been accepted, and how many have been implemented in full?

Hon Chris Bishop: I am advised that across the 14 reviews, 97 recommendations were made, 96 were accepted (one was considered to be outside the scope of the project), 81 have been implemented or noted and 15 are ongoing.
