38016 (2024). Hon Dr Duncan Webb to the Minister for Regulation: What proportion of legislation passed in the 54th Parliament to date was accompanied by a regulatory impact statement?

Hon David Seymour: Officials advise that of the 27 Acts passed in the 54th Parliament to 21 June 2024, 16 Acts required Regulatory Impact Statements (RISs), 12 Acts were accompanied by RISs and 2 Acts were accompanied by Supplementary Analysis Reports.
