38004 (2025). Tamatha Paul to the Minister of Housing: Further to WQ Reply 36161 (2025), how many, if any of the 835 tenancies ended by Kainga Ora between February 1 and June 30 2025 have been re-housed in another Kainga Ora home?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that of the 835 tenancies recorded as ending due to the issuing of a 90-day notice, 806 were rehoused in a Kāinga Ora home as a primary tenant.
