38000 (2026). Lan Pham to the Associate Minister for the Environment: Did the Minister declare any pecuniary conflicts of interest in relation to cabinet decisions taken over targeted action to Plan Change 2 in the Manawatū-Whanganui?

Hon Andrew Hoggard: I am confident that I have acted in accordance with the Cabinet Manual guidance in relation to this matter. Disclosures of information relating to Ministerial conflicts of interest are inherently confidential and not disclosed. This has been the approach of successive administrations.
