Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: Why does the Pipeline Assessment register published on 19 June 2025 record 253 projects with an assessment result of "Proceeding" when the accompanying media statement of the same date stated that 254 projects were going ahead, and which project accounts for the difference?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that the difference of one project was the Arlington development. As stated by Kāinga Ora at the time, the Arlington development was still under review but has since been announced as proceeding to Detailed Business Case stage.
