37969 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many of the sites associated with those 212 projects are currently listed for sale, if any, and what is the total land area involved?

Hon Chris Bishop: To provide the information requested would take substantial effort and collation. In accordance with SR 210/6 I consider that the time, and hence the expense, of answering this question cannot be justified in this case.
