37966 (2026). Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How many of the 3,479 homes that the 212 cancelled projects would have delivered have since been consented or constructed on those same sites by any party, including Kāinga Ora, community housing providers, iwi or private developers, if any?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that they do not hold this information.
