Hon Kieran McAnulty to the Minister of Housing: How much, if any, was paid in contract termination fees, cancellation fees, demobilisation costs or settlement payments to contractors, consultants or design professionals as a result of the 212 projects determined not to proceed, as at the latest date for which figures are available?

Hon Chris Bishop: Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities advises me that no contract termination fees, cancellation fees, demobilisation costs or settlement payments to contractors, consultants or design professionals were paid as a result of the 212 projects determined not to proceed.
