37936 (2026). Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the replies to written questions 35235 (2026) and 37231 (2026), how is he able to state that Ferry Holdings Ltd has followed the Government Procurement Rules while its review of procurement practices remains incomplete?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: On the basis of an assurance from the Ferry Holdings Board. If the member thinks operational answers are given without checking the facts with the relevant entity then he has much to learn.
