Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the reply to written question 37231 (2026), has Ferry Holdings Ltd published an Annual Procurement Plan on the Government Electronic Tenders Service in each year since 1 April 2025, and how many contract award notices has it published on that service over the same period; if he does not hold this information, will he request it from Ferry Holdings Ltd, and if not, why not?
