Tangi Utikere to the Minister for Rail: Further to the reply to written question 37235 (2026), what period of procurement activity does the review cover, and does its scope include the shipbuilding contract, the engagement of consultants and contractors, and landside infrastructure arrangements?

Rt Hon Winston Peters: It was a targeted review and excluded from scope the shipbuilding contract. Information about the review will be released after it is concluded and considered by Ministers.
